Orchestration that turns stuck enterprise workflows into outcomes
Enterprise organizations do not lack technology. They have too much of it, too loosely connected, with too many hand-offs that depend on the right person being available. We build and run the orchestration layer that connects your systems, governs your agent workflows, and delivers results without adding complexity for your team.

Where enterprise AI stalls
The technology is not the problem. The technology is everywhere.
The problem is that it sits in silos. A procurement system that does not talk to the CRM. An approval workflow that requires three email threads and two Slack channels to complete one decision. An AI rollout that runs well in the pilot and quietly slows to a halt when it meets the real environment: the edge cases, the integrations, the governance requirements, the stakeholders who never heard about the change until it was already live.
Every missed hand-off is a workflow that stops at a person instead of completing. Every ungoverned agent output is a liability that someone, eventually, has to own. Every disconnected tool is another system your team has to check.
The organizations we work with are not short on ambition or budget. They are short on a partner who can build the connective tissue, govern it properly, and be accountable for the result.

- Meeting Intelligence: our open-source business-communication safety and governance system on the Google Gemini Enterprise platform
Why us here
Most agencies sell AI strategy. We build and run our own AI products first, then bring those same standards to client work.
Meeting Intelligence is ours. It is an open-source business-communication safety and governance system, built on the Google Gemini Enterprise platform, and it reflects the same production standards we apply to every enterprise engagement: safety and governance built in, with a human in the loop where it counts. We did not design it for a case study. We designed it because the problem was real and the tools to solve it properly did not exist yet.
That is the difference between an agency that pitches enterprise capability and one that runs it. We know what breaks in complex multi-stakeholder environments because we have built in them. We know what governance actually requires because we have wired it into our own products. And we bring one partner to the engagement, not a team of account managers in front of a team of junior builders.
Outcomes, not deliverables. That is the only report that compounds.
Questions enterprise teams ask
- How does security and data governance work?
- We build on hosted, monitored, secured infrastructure. For enterprise engagements, we deploy on the Google Gemini enterprise platform, which includes governance controls, audit logging, and human review at every stage where policy requires it. Meeting Intelligence, our open-source business-communication safety and governance system, runs on the same platform and reflects the same standards we apply to client builds. You see what the system does, you own the policy, and a human stays in the loop where it counts.
- How do you handle procurement and existing vendor relationships?
- We scope integration to your stack during the growth audit. The agents and builds are designed to sit alongside the tools and contracts you already run, not to replace them wholesale. Where existing vendors need to be in the conversation, we support that process. We are not trying to consolidate your entire vendor landscape into one invoice. We are trying to make the part we build work cleanly with what you have.
- Can you start with a pilot before a full rollout?
- Yes. A scoped pilot on a single workflow is the cleanest way to establish that the approach works in your environment before you expand it. We scope the pilot around the workflow with the highest leverage and the clearest success criteria, run it, and bring you the results. You decide what a broader rollout looks like from there with evidence, not a proposal.
- What do you manage, and what do we manage?
- You manage your business and your governance policy. We manage the system: uptime, monitoring, reporting, tuning, and the occasional update to the agent logic as your workflows evolve. If a decision requires a human, it routes to your team. Everything the system can handle reliably, it handles. You keep oversight of the policy. We keep the infrastructure running and producing.
Bring us the workflow that is stuck. We will unstick it.
Book a growth audit and we will map the workflow creating the most friction in your organization, the governance requirements around it, and what a properly built orchestration layer would produce. You leave with a plan built around your stack, whether or not we build it.
