About Vandoko
Characteristics over credentials
You are not hiring a logo or a resume. You are hiring three operators who install revenue and run their own companies on the same systems we build for you. Here is who does the work and what each one owns.

The story, told plainly
Five months was preparation, not a head start we are hiding
We will not invent a decade of agency history we do not have. Here is the truth, in plain terms.
The last five months were preparation. We built Vandoko while holding full-time roles, learning the right tools and proving them on our own businesses before we ever brought the work to market. That is on purpose. We would rather show up with systems that already run than sell a pitch deck and figure it out on your invoice.
The thing that was missing was never talent. It was the operating layer: accountability, deadlines, and real deliverables. With that layer in place, we point the same focus at one job. Find the inefficiency, install the system that fixes it, and prove it paid.
So judge us the way you would judge a hire that matters. Not on the length of the resume, on the characteristics: how fast we move, how clearly we report, and whether the work shows up on your bottom line.
The three
Three operators, one throat to choke
A small team is not a smaller version of a big agency. It is a sharper one. You talk to the people doing the work, every time. One partner, one invoice, no handoff to a junior you never met.
Michael Donovan
Twenty years in automotive, from the sales floor to digital marketing. He has carried a top-50 US sales record into the work and knows where dealer revenue leaks before the report does. He owns brand, go-to-market, domain expertise, and AI product strategy. When we say we speak dealer, this is why.
Remmie White
Infrastructure, deployment, and hosting. He builds the systems that ship and stay up, so the agents and sites we install keep producing after launch instead of becoming someone else's maintenance problem.
Ben Godgart
Data structure, analysis, anomaly detection, and performance. He is the data-driven backbone: the reason we can report in revenue instead of impressions, and the reason a number that drifts gets caught early.
That is the whole team you work with. No account layer to slow the signal down.
Why now and why us
Lean is the point, not the compromise
The fair question is the one we get most: can three people really do all of this? Yes, and the reason is the model, not heroics. AI does the heavy lifting. Operators do the judgment. You get the output of a much larger shop without the overhead or the bloat. That is the superpower, not the apology.
Three things separate how we work.
We move in days, not quarters
We are lean and domain-deep, so there is no committee between the problem and the fix. The system that handles your leads, your calls, or your content is running while a bigger shop is still scheduling the kickoff.
A human stays in the loop where it counts
AI gets the work most of the way. Experienced operators take it the rest of the way. We do not ship unproven experiments to you, and we do not pass off AI slop as finished work. You get reliability, reviewed by a person who owns the outcome.
We build our own products before we sell yours
We control three live businesses as proof: Vandoko.ai, a demand-gen business that has run for ten-plus years, and the Just Michael D brand and list. Your site and your systems are built on the same stack we trust with our own revenue. We are not testing on you. We test on us first.
The model will change. The result compounds. That is the part we put our name on.
