How we work
A framework for the bottom line
You have been sold the deck before. The methodology slide, the four pretty phases, the engagement that ran for two quarters and never tied back to a dollar. This is the opposite. We run two disciplines, an offer filter and a delivery method, and both exist to do one thing: find the inefficiency, then install the system that fixes it. The result is running before the project is "done."

The short version

We do not start with a deliverables list and bill against it. We start with your revenue motion and look for the leak: the missed calls, the spend with nothing to show for it, the tool nobody set up right, the work that should have been automated a year ago.
Then we install the system that closes the gap, and we keep a human in the loop where the judgment matters. AI gets the work most of the way. Operators take it the rest of the way. That is the whole posture: we do not sell marketing and we do not sell systems, we install revenue.
Two disciplines hold it together, and they do different jobs. The 7-Word Offer Test is the filter that decides what we are willing to sell you. The Future Now method is how we deliver it once it clears the filter. The next sections cover each.
The filter
Seven words decide whether an offer is ours
Before anything reaches you, it has to pass a test. Seven words: Durable, Safe, Fast, Potent, Easy, Reliable, Valuable. An offer has to satisfy at least five of them, or we do not sell it. This is the gate that keeps deliverable theater off your invoice. If we cannot defend an offer against five of these words, it is not built for your bottom line, and you should not pay for it.
Here is what each word means and how we hold the line on it.
Valuable.
You give us a dollar of effort or spend, you get multiples back. When the return thins out, we tell you. We do not keep billing past the point where the math stops working in your favor.
Reliable.
It works as expected, every time. Trustworthy by design, not by promise. We earn this through outcomes, not safety theater.
Potent.
A small, domain-deep team produces outsized output. One change moves the whole number, because we install at the leverage point and not at the edges.
Easy.
One partner, one invoice, one path. You stop stitching together five vendors that do not talk to each other. We do the thinking so you do not have to.
Fast.
Lean and domain-deep, so we move in days, not quarters. Speed is a function of focus, not corner-cutting.
Durable.
We do not claim the technology lasts, because it changes weekly and you know it. We claim the outcome is durable: the freed-up staff, the simplification layer, the revenue that keeps coming. The model will change. The result compounds.
Safe.
Not a headline claim, and we will not pretend otherwise about fast-moving technology. Where safety actually matters, in enterprise and regulated work, we lead with human-in-the-loop review and governance. We do not ship unproven experiments to you.

A one-time professional-services fee, starting at $10K, that covers the build and the first month. We scope it, install it, and integrate it into how your business actually runs. This is the part most agencies stop at and call the result. For us it is the starting line.

Manage.
A flat monthly, starting at $5K, that keeps the system producing. One partner, one invoice. We run uptime, cost control, tuning, and reporting so the thing we installed keeps earning. Our revenue is built to be roughly 95 percent recurring on purpose, because we only win when the system keeps working for you, not when we hand off a file and disappear.

Measure.
We report on numbers you can bank: leads in the door, pipeline created, revenue closed, cost taken out. Not likes, not impressions, not reach. And when a system hits diminishing returns, we say so. You give us a dollar of effort or spend, you get multiples back, and we tell you when the return thins out.
Major accounts run two to five times the base, scoped by revenue, market share, and the complexity of multiple locations. Ad spend is always separate and always yours. We say that plainly so there is no gimmick to discover later.
