Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 5, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit vandoko.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain. If a section raises a question, the contact details are at the bottom.
Who we are
This site, vandoko.com, is operated by Vandoko LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Vandoko,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our registered address is 6 Mill Road, Latham, NY 12110.
This policy covers vandoko.com only. It does not cover vandoko.ai or any other site, product, or service.
Your use of the site is also governed by our Terms of Service.
What we collect
We collect very little, and most of it is automatic and aggregated. Here is the full picture.
Information collected automatically
Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages get traffic and how the site performs. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and privacy friendly. It does not set advertising cookies, it does not build a profile of you, and it does not track you across other websites. The data is aggregated, so it tells us about traffic patterns, not about you as an identified individual.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard technical information needed to serve the site and keep it secure. This includes your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps. This processing is a necessity of running a website. It is used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting, not for marketing.
Tag management. We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage measurement and marketing tags on the site. Tags deployed through Google Tag Manager, for example Google Analytics or conversion measurement tags, may collect information about your device and how you use the site, and may set cookies or similar identifiers. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. The cookies section below explains your choices.
Information you give us
Email correspondence. The contact links on this site open your email client and send a message to us at sales@vandoko.com. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. We use it to reply and to follow up about your inquiry.
Forms (if and when available). If we add a contact or inquiry form and you submit it, we collect the details you enter, for example your name, email, company, and message. If a form is present, we may use HubSpot to receive and manage that submission as part of our customer relationship records.
Newsletter (if and when available). If we offer a newsletter and you subscribe, we collect the email address you provide and use it to send the updates you asked for. If a subscribe option is present, we may use Mailchimp to manage the list, and we may use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are a person and not a bot. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
What we do not collect
We do not sell your personal information. Beyond Vercel Analytics and the tags we manage through Google Tag Manager, we do not run other tracking or advertising tools on the site. If we add a tool that collects more than what is described here, we will update this policy first.
How we use information
We use the information above for these purposes:
- To run and improve the site. Aggregated analytics and server logs help us keep the site fast, available, and secure, and help us decide what to improve.
- To respond to you. When you email us or, where available, submit a form, we use your details to reply and follow up about your inquiry.
- To send what you asked for. If you subscribe to a newsletter where one is offered, we use your email to send it.
- To protect the site. We use technical data and anti-bot checks, where present, to prevent abuse, spam, and fraud.
- To meet legal obligations. We may use or retain information where the law requires it.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Cookies and similar technologies
We keep this simple because there is not much here.
- Vercel Analytics is cookieless. It does not rely on cookies to measure traffic, and it does not track you across other sites.
- Google Tag Manager and the tags it loads. We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and marketing tags. Tags deployed through it, for example Google Analytics or conversion measurement tags, may set cookies or use similar identifiers to measure visits and campaign performance.
- Functional storage, only if and when forms ship. If we add forms or a newsletter, the tools that power them (for example HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Cloudflare Turnstile) may set limited functional or security storage that is necessary for those features to work, for example to confirm a submission or to guard against bots. We will keep this scoped to what those features need.
If a tag we deploy requires consent under the rules that apply to you, we will provide the appropriate controls. If we introduce technologies that collect more than what is described here, we will update this policy first.
You can also control storage and cookies through your browser settings. Blocking functional storage may stop certain features, such as form submission, from working.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site, and only as needed for them to perform that work. These may include:
- Vercel, for hosting and analytics.
- Google, for tag management and the measurement and marketing tags we deploy through Google Tag Manager.
- HubSpot, if and when forms or CRM features are enabled, to receive and manage inquiries.
- Mailchimp, if and when a newsletter is offered, to manage the mailing list.
- Cloudflare, if and when anti-bot protection is enabled, to verify that submissions come from people.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vandoko, our visitors, or others. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will note any material change here.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it.
- Aggregated analytics is retained in aggregate form and is not tied to you as an identified individual.
- Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then rotated out.
- Email and inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, then deleted or archived.
- Newsletter subscriptions, where offered, are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Where the law requires us to keep information longer, we will.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information. We honor these rights for all visitors where we reasonably can, and we will not discriminate against you for using them.
For California residents (CCPA and CPRA)
You have the right to:

- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. As described above, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.
We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request where they apply.
For visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK (GDPR-style rights)
If you are in these regions, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deleteyour data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal exceptions.
- Port your data, meaning receive it in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, for example a newsletter subscription.
How to use your rights
To make any request, email us at sales@vandoko.com with enough detail to identify your information. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting, to protect your information. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where the law allows it.
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, and we work with service providers that maintain their own security practices. No website or transmission method is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take protection seriously and limit what we collect in the first place.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for a business and general adult audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at sales@vandoko.com and we will delete it.
International visitors
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to highlight it. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
